All prescription medications that leave the facility are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For liability reasons, in order for us to see your patient, the patient must have a current Rabies vaccine on file, either from us or documentation from elsewhere. If we do not have proof of a current Rabies vaccine at the time of appointment we will require that it be updated during this time.

Safety Measures For Coronavirus

Dear Valued Clients,

Due to recent developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). We at Sweet Home Veterinary Hospital want to inform you of the precautionary steps we are taking to ensure the safety and well being of our clients and employees.

As of now SHVH will remain open during normal business hours; however, this may change depending on the severity and growth of the virus. Please call for daily updated information.

Until further notice, to limit contact as much as possible, please read the following:

We will only be seeing limited in-facility appointments to ensure proper disinfecting techniques and protocol between patients.

Also, to ensure proper disinfecting technique and protocol between patients we will not be taking unscheduled appointments or “walk-ins”.

We will be limiting house call appointments to necessary “Farm Calls” only, treating animals such as goats, pigs, chickens etc. upon availability (No Emergencies). Please call for details.

All employees have been instructed to wash their hands regularly, routinely, and to stay home if feeling ill.

If you feel ill, please refrain from coming in.

Please take precautionary measures to also ensure the safety and well being of yourself and our employees.
